You send one role
A genuinely open requirement, with the skills that actually matter and what the person will be doing in the first ninety days.
For employers · UK & India
We verify the role, assess the skill, and return a small shortlist of candidates who can demonstrate the work — not a list of CVs that match keywords.
One role at a time, worked by hand. This is a managed process during our founding cohort, not a self-serve database dump.
A genuinely open requirement, with the skills that actually matter and what the person will be doing in the first ninety days.
We check the role is real and the expectations are achievable at the salary and timezone you have in mind. If they are not, we say so.
A timed, integrity-monitored assessment in the relevant track. Scores are on record, not self-reported.
A handful of candidates with evidence attached, plus what each one did and did not demonstrate.
The market you are hiring in has two measurable problems. Both make a CV worth less than it used to be.
| What changed | Measured | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Candidates using AI to write or improve a CV | ~45% | Canva/Sago, 5,000 job seekers across 8 countries, 2024 |
| Candidates auto-applying with bots | 22% (31% of Gen Z) | Greenhouse, 2,200 job seekers, 2025 |
| Résumé mismatches found at background check, India | 17% | AuthBridge, aggregated checks Oct 2024 – Mar 2025 |
| Employers reporting difficulty filling roles, AI skills hardest | 72% | ManpowerGroup, 39,000 employers, 41 countries, 2026 |
Every figure above is traced to its primary source. We publish the ones we refuse to use, and why, in our public source list.
Skilyo is early. Here is exactly where it stands, so you can judge whether a founding engagement suits you.
Live roles on the board from paying clients. A working assessment engine with scores on record. A recruitment practice behind it — Skilyo is operated by Hridtech Private Limited, which has been placing technical talent for years.
Our own hiring metrics are published live and update themselves: see the transparency report.
We have no completed Skilyo placements to show you yet, so there are no case studies on this page and no testimonials. The verified-candidate pool is forming now.
Any placement figures from Hridtech's wider recruitment practice are reported as Hridtech's, never as Skilyo's.
Job-post credits. No subscription, no lock-in, and credits do not expire. Candidates are never charged, for anything.

One role, and we will come back to you. We only take roles that are genuinely open.
We read every one. If the role fits what we can genuinely serve, you will hear from us — and if it does not, we will tell you that too rather than go quiet.
The candidate sat a timed, integrity-monitored assessment in a specific track and passed the bar. The score is on record and shown to you. It is evidence of demonstrated skill in that track — not a guarantee of seniority, communication, or fit, which is what your interview is for. The full method is published, including the pass mark and question-pool size for every track.
A small number with evidence attached, rather than a long list. During the founding cohort every shortlist is assembled by hand, so volume is deliberately limited.
Not yet, and we will not invent them. Skilyo has no completed placements to report. Hridtech's recruitment practice has years of placements, but those are Hridtech's results and we do not present them as Skilyo's.
The wedge we serve is India-based talent working to UK hours with real collaboration overlap. If you need full US-hours coverage, say so in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
Résumés are shared with an employer only when a candidate applies or consents. We follow India's DPDP Act and UK GDPR, publish a named grievance officer, and never sell data. See Privacy and the app's security page.
Job-post credits, from ₹499 for a single post. Candidates pay nothing, ever. Managed hiring is by consultation.
