For candidates · free, always

Prove your AI skills. Get seen for real roles.

Start with a free two-minute Skill Check. Build a profile, earn a verified badge from a timed assessment, and be visible to employers who screen on demonstrated ability rather than CV keywords.

The path, start to finish

Everything here is free for candidates. No registration fee, no assessment fee, no premium tier — a job platform that charges you is one to walk away from.

STEP 01

Free Skill Check

Two minutes. You get a readiness result showing where you stand and what to close before a full assessment.

STEP 02

Build your profile

Headline, skills, links, salary and work-mode preferences. Upload a résumé — it stays private until you apply.

STEP 03

Sit the assessment

Timed, integrity-monitored, in your track. Questions are drawn from a larger pool and graded server-side.

STEP 04

Carry the badge

Pass and your profile shows a verified badge with your score on record — evidence, not a claim.

Why a score beats a better CV

The honest version, including the part that is uncomfortable.

A CV competes against everything

Around 45% of job seekers now use AI to build or improve their CV, and 22% auto-apply with bots. Every posting gets more applications, more of them polished, fewer of them distinguishable — so employers filter harder and each individual application counts for less.

A verified score competes against almost nothing

Because most candidates do not have one. And because detection tools cannot reliably tell who wrote what — they are measurably biased against non-native English writers — evidence you can point at is worth more than prose anyone can dispute.

What the assessment is, plainly

You should know exactly what you are walking into before you start.

Format
A fixed number of practical questions in one track, with a clock that starts when you do and cannot be paused.
Integrity monitoring
Leaving the tab and pasting into answers are logged and flagged. There is no webcam and no screen recording — we call it integrity-monitored rather than proctored, because that is what it is.
Question pool
Drawn at random from a larger bank, so two people rarely see the same paper.
Grading
Server-side. Correct answers are never sent to your browser.
Result
A percentage score against a published pass mark, kept on record and shown with your badge.
What it proves
That you demonstrated specific ability in that track, on that day.
What it does not prove
Seniority, communication, teamwork or fit. Those are what an interview is for, and no badge substitutes for them.
Privacy
You control whether your profile appears in the public talent directory. Your résumé is shared with an employer only when you apply or consent.
Cost
Free. Always, for candidates.

Available tracks are listed in the app when you start. Read the full method, including the pass mark for every track →

Where this stands right now

We would rather you heard this from us than worked it out.

The verified cohort is forming now. The public talent directory is close to empty because verification has only just opened — you would be among the first profiles employers see, which is the whole advantage of being early.

There are real roles on the board today from paying clients, and Skilyo is operated by Hridtech Private Limited, a recruitment practice with years of placements behind it. What we cannot yet show you is Skilyo's own placement record, so we do not claim one. Our live numbers — reply rates, response times, verification pass rates — publish themselves at the transparency report, including the ones that read "not yet".

Questions candidates ask

Is it really free?

Yes, entirely, and permanently. Profile, résumé, Skill Check, assessment, badge and applications all cost nothing. If any job platform or recruiter asks you to pay to be considered for work, that is your signal to stop — in the UK it is generally unlawful for an agency to charge you.

What if I fail?

Nothing is published. A failed attempt does not appear on your profile and employers do not see it. You get your score so you know the gap.

Can I hide my profile from employers?

Yes. Public visibility is a setting you control, and it is separate from applying. You can be verified without appearing in the directory.

Who sees my résumé?

An employer sees it when you apply to their role, or if you consent. It is never shown publicly and never sold. We follow India's DPDP Act and UK GDPR.

Is using AI on my CV a problem here?

Using AI to phrase your CV is not misconduct. Claiming things that are not true is, and that is what assessments and background checks catch. We wrote up what detection tools can and cannot actually tell, including their bias against non-native English writers.

Do I need to be in India?

The corridor we serve best is India-based talent working with UK employers on overlapping hours. Candidates elsewhere are welcome, but that is where our roles are concentrated today.
