• To provide the service — verify skills, match candidates to roles, and make placements.
• To contact you about your enquiry, application, or roles.
• To improve Skilyo and keep it secure.

Lawful bases (UK GDPR): your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment service. In India we rely on your consent under the DPDP Act, 2023.

4. Who we share it with

For candidates, we share your profile with prospective employers for roles you are matched to. We use trusted service providers (e.g. form, hosting, email) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Because we operate in the UK and India, your data may be transferred between these countries. We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Retention
