Lawful bases (UK GDPR): your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment service. In India we rely on your consent under the DPDP Act, 2023.
For candidates, we share your profile with prospective employers for roles you are matched to. We use trusted service providers (e.g. form, hosting, email) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Because we operate in the UK and India, your data may be transferred between these countries. We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically up to 24 months from your last activity for candidate/employer accounts — then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. UK users may complain to the ICO; Indian users may approach the Data Protection Board. Email privacy@skilyo.com.
